It's absolutely normal not to know exactly where to start, that's why we'll have a 30-minute discovery call first. I can get to know your business, your day-to-day, and I'll be able to identify  what takes the most time out of your day that could easily be done by someone else!

No business is the same which is why it is so crucial to us that we create a tailored solution for you. After our call I'll put together a proposal for you, exactly outlining what we can help with, how it will work, and most importantly what the outcome will be!

I'm worried about sharing passwords and sensitive business information. How do you make sure my data is handled securely?

We take data & privacy extremely seriously.  Top Tier Business Support is registered with the ICO and insured for Cyber & Data Risks.

If we need to access accounts using your password this will be done via a secure platform, where you can give (and take away) access at any time without us ever seeing the actual password. We also have rigorous data security instructions we follow, a data processing form that we sign before we start as well as a Non-Disclosure Agreement for all clients and associates. 

What is the process like to hire the team?

That's the beauty of our model. Because there are no background checks, forms, P45's, or payrolls to be setup, we are extremely quick to start. After agreeing the scope and signing our contracts, you will receive a welcome pack and all we need to have is a 1-hour onboarding call to make sure we have access to everything we need access to. We can start as soon as within 7 days, or on a specific date if you prefer.
